Kite Flying in Yeouido Park

this is the longest kite that i have ever seen. it was actually bolted to the ground. i don’t fly kites but i imagine that this one would have to be let out little by little or there’d have to be some major wind action to take this kite train up into the air all at once. anyway, the storm clouds moved in over yeouido park but they left as soon as they arrived.
